Join Serena for Vinyasa Flow an all levels yoga class focused on alignment, strength, and pranayama (breath). This will be a slower paced vinyasa, warming up the body with sun salutations and fluid movements, postures leading to peak pose, ending with a cool down with essential oils. Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and in tune with one's body and earth.
Mats and blocks will be provided.
